Hot Weather Announcement

It is important to maintain professional standards, but due to the extreme weather we make the following announcement.

Men do not need to wear ties for this week only.

Women do not normally wear ties. In the interest of equality women may unbutton up to 4 buttons on their blouses. And can leave those hot heavy restrictive bras at home. Women who prefer non button tops can wear ones with large arm holes even if this risks showing some side boob.

Short shorts, mini skirts and dresses with side/rear vents will be permitted.

Knickers or thongs must be worn, no matter how hot. If wearing a thong take care to shave, seeing a hedgehog peeping out during a meeting can be quite distracting.

Sandals can be worn, but keep it professional. As a general guide heels of 3 inches or more are empowering and professional. Flats generally look like holiday or garden wear and are discouraged. There are exceptions, womens footwear is too complex an area to detail here, but expensive generally looks professional. Try Jimmy Choos, Louboutin, Shellis, Zanotti.

Its going to be tough but together we can do this.
