I've often wondered about that. It seems there's an entirely different set of rules that have been made up for premium phone line channels. Like if you're watching Channel 4 after 9pm, you can see tits and hear swearing. Yet babeshows aren't allowed swearing and need to wait 'til 10pm to show tits.
