Great Tracks for the Gym or Running
I have recently taken up running, and is much easier on a long run with the earphones in listening to music, avoiding getting run down by a passing motorist on Norfolk's country roads though.

So what is the best track for the Gym or Running? These are 2 of my favourites which really keep my feet moving:
Tom Petty and the Doobie Brothers.

Start with a light jog at the intro, then when the song kicks in you RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!

I seem to have an above average number of FB friends who're runners of some description (although IMO any number is a bit high). This track always gets the adrenalin going a bit and would, I guess, be a motivator:

I never sit on the fence. I prefer to drop kick it out the way instead! Could possibly be a big fan of wankspangling?

No fucking way. Was just gonna post the same one. Watched all the Rocky movies for the first time a couple months ago (had only seen the first one) and ever since, I can't stop listening to this gem when in the mood for TCB'ing nearly all (read: no) aspects of my day to day life.

Take some more cheese...

Otherwise, gotta be Marky Mark when I'm in my zubaz lifting some heavy shit

Not sure what I'd listen to if I ran. I live a strictly anti-cardio lifestyle.

I'm recently reminded of this as this little nugget is good build-up music, especially in use in American sports:

Whether it would work over longer run distances is another matter... Surprised
