Well it's getting to that time of the year again folks and I'd like to start this tread by posting a couple of my favourite Christmas numbers for this festive season that is just about upon us

Cliff Richard Mistletoe & Wine

My fave Christmas songs would include my glam rock faves Slade's Merry Xmas (seen them play it lots of times in Wolverhampton over the years!), The Darkness (who played a a superb gig last Friday in Brum!), Roy Wood and Wizzard's I Wish It Could Be Christmas and Rock 'N' Roll Winter (am seeing Woody tomorrow at The Robin in Bilston, Wolverhampton and the following Saturday in Brum at the LG Arena at the Quo Fest!!!).

Also Fountains Of Wayne - I Want An Alien For Christmas, The Wombles Christmas song (honest LOL!), Train - Shake Up Christmas, The Greedies (Sex Pistols with Thin Lizzy), Elton John's Step Into Chrismas, The Beatles Christmas Time Is Here Again, John Lennon, also George Harrison's Christmas song 'Ding, Dong'.

As well lesser known songs like Joy by After The Fire, Child's Christmas In Wales by John Cale, Here Is Christmas by Heart and All You Need Is Elves by Bob Rivers (a play on The Beatles All You Need Is Love!).

And the great thing is that i'll be getting paid to play them all and others on the air at work on Christmas Eve!!!
