I've won £800,000!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe it!!!!! I've had an e-mail this morning telling me that I've won £800,000 in a Corporate anniversary draw!!!! I know where Roxy Belle's gone on holiday, so I'll be on the first plane out on Monday morning to join her and it'll be first-class with champagne all the way!!!! Now, let's see, to claim my prize all I have to do is send my personal details and a processing fee to........yeah, right.

In the past I've had phishing e-mails purporting to be from legitimate companies telling me that there's a problem with my Fedex delivery or my airline ticket and urgently requesting my personal details so they can sort it out but this is the first time I've ever had one telling me I've won vast amounts of money. I've never even had one from that deposed Nigerian prince who can't get his money out of the country.

Also, this came in not on my crappy old hotmail account (which for all its failings has never once failed to catch something like this and dump it straight into the junk folder) but my supposedly secure business e-mail

The e-mail looks really authentic with all the correct company names and logos. I don't suppose it could possibly be genuine, could it? I've only got 21 days to claim ........it wouldn't do any harm to get in touch with them just to find out? Would it?



(the funniest bit was when I burst in on mrs w, waving the piece of paper in the air and shouting that we'd won £800,000. I went dancing around the house whilst she read it and I had her totally fooled for a good minute or more. Once the penny had dropped and she'd finished shouting obscenities at me she locked herself in the office and now won't come out meaning that I have to work at the kitchen table)

I must have won enough cruises to travel around the world several dozen times by now.

No I wanted to phone Asian Babes on my mobile but I cant afford the connection fee.
