As the above shows, your attempt at connecting initially timed out at your local end. It didn't time out at the server end so it isn't a server problem. It's a network problem but not one that's close to the server. When you can run a tracert a few times without getting that timed out message you will know that things have returned to normal.

Been slow as hell for me since sometime last night, but I was doing a bunch of other things on the connection, so didn't pay too much attention until now.
It was still slow just now, but I just cleared my browser cache and it seems to have sped things up nicely, but here's a tracert anyhow :

Some of those figures are huge. There must be some kind of bottleneck at the moment.

Strange thing is, I have 2 pc's running here. I posted that message on my windows pc, and it froze, couldn't get the next page to load. Switched to my linux pc, same connection, and I see the message has posted and I can view it just fine!

Still can't even view the forum on the other pc, it's been trying to connect for about 5 minutes, but this one is fine. It's possible they are using different dns settings, but I'm not sure about that, and other websites appear fine, just here having issues.
