Pick Your Euro England Squad

Squad i would have picked with the exception of Carroll, would have included crouch due to his goal scoring record.

Ben Foster not available as he refuses to end his England exile.

the squad is ok but i would prefer richards over johnson for right back. richards hasn't played enough for man city, and adam johnson has the same problem or could have been in too. it's the stand bys which are odd seclections - henderson on standby and no carrick???

Roy Hodgson has named Gerrard as captain.

Has Victor Moses declared for England, because if he is, he should have been included, he's had a very good season with Wigan

The squad shows a strange bias towards Liverpool players. OK Gerrard as captain, I can live with that. But Downing? And Henderson on standby? And Johnson in but no Micah Richards? Where did Roy get this Liverpool bias?

Yes he made his Nigeria debut in February this year.

Micah Richards must be disappointed that with Kyle Walker unavailable he still can't get in the squad.
