Multiple Accounts

This morning a banned member came onto the forum under a new account and promply slagged off half the membership, mods and show owners. This seems to become a daily delight of his.

In 17 mins of havoc he managed 20 deogatory posts (that's even betters Rammys output).

So it leads the question of, who can ban a member. Is it any mod or just the supermod?
Is there a way to stop someone creating multiple accounts in the first place?

I can't read the link, but am I right in assuming its Don Tingley.

I looked at the last trend he created and it now says it wasn't Don, who created that trend, but someone called Doc Brown, who has been on this forum for 3 years

Are Doc and Don the same?
I believe that thread was Don's goodbye thread (the posts all refer to Don), but is now credited to Doc, a 3 year veteran, but with only 6 posts to his credit!

Whatever, the guy needs serious professional help, something clearly isn't right in his world!

It looks like Don's ban has been lifted by the admin team..

I didn't know Don was ever banned. I thought he left the forum through his own decision.

Don didn't he just leave...
But his many alter ego's have been banned.
