Pubs or nightclubs?

When you go out at the weekend with the lads, which do you prefer to go to the pub or nightclub?

I think overall I prefer the pub, as you can actually have a conversation with someone without having to shout so loud you lose your voice

Give me a dirty old pub every time.

Depending on what your looking to get from the night,boozer with the lads on the piss "Good Times"
If your looking for a depraved night of raving & possibility of no strings one nighter wit a hottie (most times munters) clubs are the biz

I go to a pub regularly that is also a restaurant as is so much the case these days.

But in the main I/we go to live music venues and music gigs, some of them connected with my job.

My favourite live music venue is The Robin 2 in Bilston, Wolverhampton http://www.therobin.co.uk it's a really nice and fab place to go and see live music!

I had the pleasure of banging a librarian a few years back.A great venue & you can't beat a good old book !

When I was younger I liked the club scene but now I much prefer the good old traditional pint of beer in the good old traditional British pub .
