Madonna's 1992 'Sex' Book

This post is pretty much out of frustration, as much as anything else. I know this book now has a value, but getting shut of it, at a decent price, without a whole load of arseing around isn't that easy. Does anyone happen to know of anybody that wants it?

For information purposes; the book is in ex. condition, the cover has been opened, although still present, but the accompanying CD...well, who knows - no longer accompanying.

Apparently, it's in the Top 10 of most wanted deleted publications.

I don't do e-bay, so that's something of a downfall on my part. Any help appreciated.

I use to own this book and sold it on ebay for over £150, not a bad profit.
The problem is ebay will string you up and delete your auction if they catch you selling it because your not allowed to sell things with nudity.
They banned me for a couple of weeks and ended my auction, but it was ok because person buying it had already paid before they spotted it. Result.

I still have the book complete in silver foil wrapping with only a stnley knife cut across the top to remove the book from the sleeve. I too would be interested in a value for this as i have many madonna collectables from way back in the 90's.. all her vids and albums (vinyl) etc.

Sounds as though yours is in virtually the same condition as mine. I stupidly threw the CD out some years ago (didn't like the song) & wasn't thinking about the value of 'the package'.

Think I heard upwards of £400(?) for a perfect, unopened copy, but mine would probably only be worth 20% of that for argument's sake.

Places like eil.com buy them, but offer really crappy deals to sellers.

Interesting comment from scrappydez about the nudity thing. Never entered my head.

The book is somewhat surprisingly described as a 'coffee table book'. Now I can't speak for anyone else, but to me the notion of holding a dinner party offering; nibbles, canopes & pornography seems odd.
