Crouching and crawling, she goes to Micah's body and then looks up at the camera with a smile. As she lunges toward the camera, her face takes on a demonic appearance just as the scene cuts to black.

Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead (2009) Sophie James (Louise Cliffe) - She was about to have sex with Brent, but Three-Finger shot an arrow through her back and out through her right breast, also going through her Brents hand. Brent managed to get up and she asked him to help her but instead he ran away. As she began crawling away, Three-Finger then shot an arrow through the back of her head and out through her eye, killing her before she can continue to crawl off. He then ate that eye in front of the horrified Alex, who was hiding in the bushes. She is the first person to die.

Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead (2009) Brent McDonald (Charley Speed) - Brent steps on a trap, the trap flys up and three blades slice through him vertically. He falls to the ground, dead and Three Finger then claws at and eats his insides.
He is the third person to die.

Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead (2009) Trey King (Jack Gordon) - He is shot in the chest as he attempts to flee and after a few moments he trips. He turns and screams just as Three Finger thrusts the spear right into his mouth. He is killed instantly. He is the second person to die.

After the convicts were in the area, they were passing by the Spike Trap and set it off but it failed to kill anyone, Three Toes then amerged from the ground and attacked Floyd, he managed to injure him but was then shot in the chest by Chavez. Chavez then proceeded to decapitate Three Toes and set his head out for his Father to see.

Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead (2009) Crawford (Jake Curran) - A prisoner that died in the truck with barbed wires on him. The truck drove away with Three Fingers behind the wheel, pulling a screaming Crawford along the way.

Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead (2009) Sheriff Calvin Carver (Bill Moody) - Sheriff Carver manages to find the group, but is soon killed by Three-Finger.

Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead (2009) Deputy Alley Lane (Emma Clifford) - Then shortly while Alex (Janet Montgomery) was tied up....She saw Deputy Lane was tied up too with barbed wire fence then dies shortly after.

As they try to escape, Dale is shot in the back with an arrow and is finally killed by having his throat slit open by a metal chain wrapped around his throat. He was the eighth and the last person to die.

As Kimberly scrambles to her car, another mutant appears in front of her. She realizes what was happening to herself when he slices her in half with an axe. She falls to the ground in two to her death leaving only her intestines when they fall out and the two mutants then drag her body away.
She was the first person to die.

After going in, he watches in horror as M is decapitated by a mutant. After Jake and Nina are captured, the mutants are shown to cut up M's body and eat it for dinner. He was the seventh person to die.

He was the second person to die.
