Ok guys, who do you all see winning it this year? Could chelsea retain there title with all their new players and younger squad or are we going for the usual suspects again this year in barca and real?

If I was to pick 2 surprise teams that could win it, it would be Juventus and Borussia Dortmund

Under the rules of the competition that's impossible. In the group stage draw of the Champions League teams from the same national association cannot be drawn against each other, so a Chelsea-Man Utd clash can't happen. Even if that rule didn't exist it would still be totally impossible for Chelsea and Man Utd to be drawn against each other, because they are both top seeds in the draw, i.e. both placed in pot 1 for the draw and therefore have to go into different groups, as is also the case with Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Porto and Milan.

I wouldn't say Real Madrid is a safe bet when they haven't won the thing for ten years and have started the season slowly. They're currently 4.8 on Betfair to win it, which looks like short odds to me. Barcelona would be the so-called "safe bet" but again those odds are not attractive. I'd have to say Man U look better value. They surely can't be as bad as they were last season in this competition.
The odds are bound to change after the draw on Thursday. With the seedings, a group with (for example) Barcelona, Man City and PSG is a possibility
Odds of the favourites:
Barcelona 3.85, Real M 4.8, Man City 8.6, Man U 12.5, Bayern 14.5, Chelsea 16, Juventus 21, PSG 24, Dortmund 30, Arsenal 32
Favourite babes remaining: Hannah Martin, Abbey B, Clare Richards, Paige Green, Becky Roberts, Abbee Kimberly, Electra

Well I don't think it makes much of a difference on how long since they have won the Champions League.
They have lots of experience in that team, a manager in Mourinho, who also has a great record in the Champions League and have arguably the best squad in the world.
Yes they have made a bad start to the season and have not played well in their last 3 games. But I think as the season progresses Real Madrid will hit top form. Plus I think Real Madrid would be more motivated to win the Champions League this season
