What do you do to unwind?

i thought i would start by saying when i wanna unwind its either music, dvds or the wii and PS3 with a few beers of course lol.

Play the keyboards/piano to unwind, lose myself and forget everything Kalel. And yeah beer too of course - in a pub while watching the footie.

Headphones, mediaplayer and some of the loudest classic rock I can find (AC/DC or Motorhead, if I'm stressed out), any worry that I'm still thinking about after playing 1914 at full blast deserves my full attention!

listening to music, watching films and footie with few drinks.
and couple of goes on 360 or ps3 but that normally stress,s me out cause im shit on em

i love to just get in my car and go for a blast, thats the best way I've found for relieving stress, until i look at the fuel gauge lol.

never knew you played mate, you learn something new everyday about someone, used to play myself when i was younger.
