^^ my God the north Korea of the babeshows to make a public statement there must be worried about there bottom line,
I guess they are currently trying to work out how to sweep this under the carpet as fast as they can lol, telling that they didn't try the matter is in the hands of out legal team line, they must know there is truth in what's been alleged ,

I didn't expect any statement that they would put out wouldn't be anything courteous, but whatever is "appropriate action" they speak of, I would not be surprised if nothing happens, because I cannot see them fighting two legal cases at once, if India did pursue one and the victim of their "appropriate action" if the were dismissed and they felt they were dismissed unfairly.

Hmm it seems that the brown stuff is still hitting the fan even though an investigation is on-going. This is going to be interesting in it's outcome whenever that will be.

The brown stuff is really piling up, and how can Xpanded be now seen not doing something is beyond me and not having a HR department is a joke which had there been one, then the complaints could have been dealt with in half the time.
India is a hell of a brave woman to stand up for what she felt was right and speak out as she did, and if she didn't, we still be kept in the dark, and would not have known what was really going on and why so many girls worked there once and then some weren't seen again on screen, now we know exactly why that was happening.

It is time Xpanded put it's house in order. And as extra parting shot I'd love it to include a lifting of the ban on capping, because to put it quite simply - THEY have some amazing babes and by not have their caps on the forum seems to me like a missing piece of the jigsaw.
