Rubbish. There is nothing anywhere that says you can't touch fannies. It is regularly shown on all other encrypted adult channels. It is even regularly shown on BSX when they broadcast older shows with the "this show is not live" bit splashed across the screen.

It is even shown every now again on the regular BSX slots (not Friday or Saturday), but I suspect this only happens when their income is dropping.

It's a BSX choice, not an Ofcon choice.

and that is where the problem lies,if they can show it in recorded form,there is absolutely no reason why it cant be shown in the live shows....

Would it be easier to have a two minute delay on the live shows.
So that penetration can be shown but digitally covered like some Japanese porn films?

If they had a delay it would mean the girls couldn't take calls. The bosses at bsx wouldn't like that as they would lose money.
