England 155 all out. From a decent position at 68-1 KP was unlucky to be given out,bell followed on the same score.Then Mogan, Kieswetter & Patel went for the addition of 1 run to leave them struggling at 98-5.Yorkshire pair Root & Bresnan put on 47,but they both fell in the batting powerplay as 145-5 became 155 all out with 7.4 overs remaining.

Stuart Broad will no longer be linking up with the England squad for the last 2 ODI in India,oweing to him being stranded at Heathrow.

4th ODI England lost the toss (again) & get put in on a pitch offering swing & seam.Cook 76 7 Pietersen 76 add 95 & took England to a position where they could push on,before Cook got another poor umpiring decision.Morgan 7 Patel again fell cheaplly with 3 wickets falling for 10 runs.Pietersen found a partner in Root as they put on 78 for the 5th wicket.England finished on 257-7 with 100 runs coming off the last 5 overs.Another mature knock by Root with his maiden ODI half century,making 57 from 45 balls,India dropped 2 chances during his innings.

England had their chances,a few catches that could have been taken & a key moment was Finn taking the wicket of Raina only to be called dead ball as he had knocked the bails off when delivering the ball.Raina was 89 not out as they completed a 5 wicket victory.India 258-5 47.3 overs.

There now appears to be an issue regarding the wicketkeeper for ODIs. I just can't see any reason why Matt Prior isn't wanted for it. The best w/k batsmen by far for me.

The records say 68 ODI's at a worse average & strike rate than Kieswetter.That's history. I agree with you,get Matty back in at No.7 where he bats in the Test side.The only possible reason i can see them not recalling him is that they want to prolong his Test career.Saying that he's an England contracted player & they could have stopped him playing in the Big Bash which was taking place at the same time as the ODI's V India.

5th & final ODI from Dhaarmasala.England win the toss & elect to bowl.Woakes in for Derbach the only change from the last match,India unchanged.
