Some babes look better with implants & some babeshow babes look better without implants. In Lily's case, I think she doesn't need implants. Lily is fine as she is.

Got to agree with the last few posts. Lily Rose' boobs are perfect as they are. The last thing she needs is a boob job which would make her like too many of the babes on the channels already. I want to see more natural boobs, not more with unnatural inserts.

I don't think it's right for anyone to suggest surgery to, or for a woman tbh. I know no harm is meant by comments like that, but the world has too many people telling others how to think or look, as it is.
