Watching another classic Star Trek ep this time from season three of Deep Space Nine the ep called Defiant featuring Thomas Riker, Will Rikers double great ep.

Watching the ep of K.I.T.T Vs K.A.R.R from season three of Knight Rider this marked the second appearance of K.A.R.R. Who was originally voiced by Peter Cullen the voice of Optimus Prime in the Transformers cartoons and movies, he didn't voice him in K.A.R.R's in his second appearance but did come back to voice K.A.R.R in the 2009 series of Knight Rider.

Watching a classic ep from season two of Supernatural the ep called "Tell Tales" where Dean and Sam are telling Bobby the story of there latest case but from own perspective bloody ep lol.

Watched the Deep Space Nine ep "Doctor Bashier, I Presume" one of my fav DS9 ep's we get to learn of Dr Bashier secret past and well thought out story i never get bored of watching this ep. .

Just watching a Ep from Season 1 of Smallville called "Craving" featuring actress Amy Adams would then go on to play Lois Lane in The Man of Steel.

Watching a ep from season 9 called Persuasion all i can say is evil Clark Kent .

Watching the Ep from Smallville Season 9 called Upgrade featuring Clark under red k again and teaming up with Zod to cause trouble cracking Ep .
