Now saying that illegal steroids have been found at the house. Police are testing his blood for steroids, his defence lawyers could use this as an explanation for what happened. Newspaper is reporting that Pistorius accidently discharged a gun in a restuarant narrowly missing his friends foot. Are they allowed to carry guns in South Africa? Looks like another sporting hero is about to implode.

Yes in South Africa if they have a firearm license they can carry a gun. But there are a large number of illegally held guns in the country too.

That does not appear to be truthful. There were no injuries to her skull, other than a bullet wound. The cricket bat was only used to break open the bathroom door.

Even if there was an intruder he wouldn't have been justified in shooting that person dead. Self defence is only applicable when you are in immediate danger, not when the other person is the other side of a locked door.

How has he been granted bail... It's a joke, he shoots his girlfriend 4 times, his story is patchy and all he is talking about is looking to the future and starting to train again, im not a genious or anything but it's blatently obvious he doesn't have many feelings for his dead girlfriend who he killed....

Depends what laws are in the country you are in...

A patchy story is no bar to being granted bail. It's irrelevant whether his story is patchy or not because the bail hearing does not decide innocence or guilt.
