In reality it's very unlikely he could get bail if convicted. He would need very strong and compelling evidence that the verdict was wrong before he could even ask a court for bail, since the possibility of bail is not normally available simply because someone is appealing a conviction.

Defence has started to discredit the prosecution case, contaminated evidence etc. As for bail, the guy has killed and shouldnt be allowed bail, until its settled imo.

The guy should have a Life Sentence never mind Bail or better still bring back hanging!!! Total fucking Scumbag

Oscar was quoted as saying, "he will never be the same", course not, he is a killer now.

So now latest report claims that police have told her family that she was assaulted with a cricket bat then shot. Oscars brother to face a manslaughter charge, nice family! Enjoy your new £200,000 McLaren sports car while you can Oscar, ive a feeling you may not need it in the long term.

Well to be fair that's a dangerous driving case. You can't really compare it to shooting someone.

I hope this story of Pistorius appearing on Dynamo the Magician show is a made up story.If it is a stunt I have a feeling that if it's true Dynamo could make his audience and fans vanish

It seams the investigators were incompetent lots of things moved and mixed up stories from witnesses so far, private money and organised legal team v clumsey state
