You need your broadband to be at least 1Mbits per second to play it.
I monitored the download rate while playing and it varied between 80KBytes and 120KBytes per sec.
All recent video file uploads to the megaupload site are now playable in their player.
Click on the player option when you get to the site or change the given link from http:/www.megaupload.com/...etc... to http:/www.megavideo.com/...etc... to play it.
