I guess it all boils down to personal choice.... to me she went from an average looking girl a few years ago to an absolute stunner! But I realize we all like different things...

Enhanced lips (I believe the nickname is "bee stings"), far too large implants, ugly tattoos...

I remember seeing Gemma way back and thought she was such a stunner,i know it is Gemmas choice but i never will under stand why the girls go for such an over the top boob job,as for the lips have never seen the point,Gemma was such a beautiful girl,

We can all see that Gemma has had a lot of work done, and looks very different to how she used to, but please remember that personal insults are not allowed. Offering constructive criticism is fine, as is having an opinion on how she looks...as long is it doesn't stray into insulting her.

A few years ago, my then girlfriend decided she absolutely had to have a boob job. Nothing I (or her father - who she adored) could say would change her mind - she was totally set on the idea.

It took the best part of a year for her to save up the money and she finally had the operation. For months after, I'd see her constantly checking herself when we were out - in shop windows, etc.

The end-result was a second boob job a couple of years later - it seemed she didn't really like what they'd done the first time - by then, we'd split-up.

BUT, to this day, I still don't know what made her come to this decision. It didn't make her happy or feel better about herself and it changed her personality a lot...

I wonder how people like Gemma feel when they look in the mirror and why they feel it necessary to go to such extremes. Is it to make more money, stand-out from the crowd?
