Summary of current Offcom Day Rules?

Can someone please summarise very succinctly or in bullet points for us please? I think it would be useful, because the Offcom thread and their official site is too complex to find the info at a glance. If we have a thread like this - also perhaps in Nightshows - it can be updated as and when things change.

For example, how much movement is prohibited? Clothing? Poses?
