Why Do A Number Of People On This Site Capitalise Every Single Word?

IF I USED CAPS FOR ALL OF MY POSTS THEY WOULD PROBABLY BE DELETED, SO WHY DO WE TOLERATE PEOPLE THAT CAPITALISE ALL OF THEIR WORDS?

It looks awful, it's bad grammar and more often than not, I skip their posts. Please stop.
