Well we're only hearing one side of the argument in relation to the instances you quote. How do we know whether the complainants weren't acting like assholes which could have sparked Nana's response? Quite likely there is more to the stories and there is always 2 sides to a story, so I wouldn't take it as red what you say about her and give her the benefit of the doubt based on the fact that I have always found Nana to be perfectly polite, well-mannered and civil and very pleasant to talk with

Only know they are regulars and seem not to post unkind things. But as she is not one of my top girls I have little stake in this and it doesn't matter to me either way.
