Something I've thought about is how obtuse the products are.
Someone's not selling insurance, rather they're trying to sell you a list of possible insurers.
Or perhaps a service that would enable you to check your financial health if you wanted to buy a house. Not the house. Not the mortgage, not even the money but something to check on money that someone else has got.
And if all that's a pain technically then they'll sell you a programme that'll do that.
I'm a fairly simple chap. I like that I don't need much but all this seems so unecessary and I find these adverts annoying because they are just an extension of that.

Any advert that is using the corona virus crisis and pretending that they give a shit about us when actually they're just trying to plug their product.
Especially the ones who make their advert look like a low quality zoom call or youtube vid and start with a phrase that goes something like "We understand times are hard right now, but......"

That's pretty much 90% of adverts at current.


Thousands of people are sick and dying and these pricks are using this to sell their shit.

Please DO NOT buy any product from any company that is using the corona crisis to pretend that they care about your wellbeing when really, all they want to do is take your money.

They need to be fined for using the pandemic to make pepolw buy things that are shit...I find it distasteful
