Seemed like a quiet end to the deadline, but I just checked the headlines and saw some things I missed, most notably, 5 Newcastle players loaned to Rangers, and Man U signing a youngster from Bolton. Strange dealings!
I know a few Hammers fans will be gutted the Carlton Cole deal collapsed and they are stuck with him still, he's not exactly a favourite there Smile

Like the story about Crystal palace bought Keshi Anderson from barton rovers a non league side apparently they caught on to him when they were playing a development game against another side he was trialing for and he scored a hattrick against there development team

It was West Ham themselves who pulled the plug on the deal, after they failed to get Adebayor on loan from Tottenham.
