Why nonsense? Lets be clear here, there is no ambiguity, if the cameraman was giving the girls unwanted attention AND breaking the rules of his work he would be sacked.

In this case Afroman got a certian amount of reputation, I suspect mainly on this fourum, people seemed to like him and his occasional forays in front of camera, so the management let it go; didn't he have his own thread here? may be wrong on that.
