Parliamentary rules are the least of his problems. The Electoral Commission have actual teeth and can pass it on to the police.

I can't see the police knocking on No.10's door anytime soon unless the Electoral Commission are able to hasve the necessary proof. I don't think a PM has ever been arrested while in office before though - have they? But an ex PM can be arrested once they leave office right?
