Agreed. A definite penalty.

Schweinsteiger challenged for a header with a raised arm - and after the penalty was awarded he told the referee he had headed the ball when he clearly hadn't.

Watch the replay and see how Schweinsteiger points to his head, despite the fact that the ball didn't touch his head.

It was a wink. Regardless I'm not insecure about westhams position as being amongst the elite of the game

Germany have been beaten by France 2-0, but this is the 6th tournament in a row in which they have reached the semi-finals at least.
