As a lifelong Labour supporter these are sad times I find myself in. British Politics has gone to shit. I have always been a proud Brit proud to call us the greatest country in the World but not in the last week.

I am witnessing the end of the Labour Party as we know it and the Tories who have spent 35 years arguing amongst themselves over Europe finally getting what they want.

Theresa May is the most competent and statesmanlike of the candidates and is someone who will likely not ensure we are laughed on the World stage unlike the weird looking Gove.

As for the Labour Party a new party will be created in my opinion with about 170 MP's creating another constitutional crisis. It can't happen soon enough as the Mad left have infected the party beyond repair.

yeah but got a feeling Leadstrom will beat may if she can get past gove and its down to two. problem for may is that most tory mp's were remain however most of the party faithful are brexiters. basically same problem as they have in labour MP's at odds with the grass roots

nah i reckon corbyn will go after chilcott he just wants to stay and give blair a kicking just to say he was right over the iraq war.

Plus Gove is regarded as toxic after his recent antics. All the betting money is now going on May and Leadsom, with Gove in 3rd place.

Gove is best summed up by his admission that no economists were in favour of Brexit and they were all warning against it, but it didn't matter because "people in this country have had enough of experts".

The fact that the Mail came out for May After Mrs Gove Letter said that Both Dacar the Mail Editor and Rupert Murdoch wouldnt go for Boris speaks volume she might have shot his bid in the foot
