Mosconi Cup Pool

Watched a bit of this this week on Sky Sports Mix. Odd to see the contrasts with World Snooker's set-up. Europe haven't lost since 2009, and though I missed the end last night, they looked in a commanding position to retain by miles.

love watching the yanks get spanked. especially at their 'own' game!

I've watched the Mosconi Cup for a few years now and love it but, and I sound really old now, the noise coming from the crowd is stupid and annoying. It's worse than the darts (PLEASE learn another song other than "Stand Up If You Love The Darts" before the start of the World Championship next week). I love a good sporting atmosphere but fucking hell, are they giving the beer away for free?

I hoped the British were sarcastically shouting "get in the hole" to take the mickey out of American golf fans who know no other pertinent comment of encouragement.

My main memory of the Mosconi Cup is Steve Davis beating Earl Strickland in a singles match to win the cup for Europe in 2002.
