Flash player plug in problems
Hi all

A couple of days ago I went on the adultwork website clicked on a ladies page to cam only to be met with message saying I need adobe flash player plug in. I clicked link and clicked allow when asked to I want to allow flash player to run yet nothing changed. I tried a few other girls cams same thing. I then went on s66 website to see if live stream to the channel worked & again the flash player didn't work.

I have windows 10 so flash player is automatically installed & ive had no problems since I bought the laptop 18months ago until now. I've been on adobe flash player it says it's installed but it's disabled. I've followed all the instructions and enabled flash player as much as I can see but still nothing has changed. I use google chrome.

Does anybody have any ideas how to fix this before I go to a store to fix it.

Cheers

for starters i would remove adobe and then re-install it. sounds like you may have picked up some malware.

also run a virus scan after you've removed adobe but before you reinatall it. see if that helps.

Chuck Norris has tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19). the virus is now in quarantine for 14 days.

RE: Flash player plug in problems
Flash is installed in Chrome already, you shouldn't need to install from Adobe (though you can).

Check that the player isn't being blocked in Chrome's settings, and that it is updated.

If you do install from the Adobe site, for Chrome you need the PPAPI version, I believe the standard install is for the NPAPI version as used by the likes of Firefox, so that wouldn't help your situation.

Some good general pointers with the adobe download link here :

Thanks for info guys I've tried both of your answers but nothing has changed I go onto adobe flash player page and it says it's installed but disabled yet as far as I can see I've enabled it in all my settings.

I even went onto chat roulette just to try new website but all I get is link asking to allow flash player to run I click on allow but there's no change.

What happens when you use a different browser? Do you still have a problem or is it something that only happens when you use Chrome?

Just gone old school on internet explorer & chat roulette works. It looks like it is a google chrome issue so at least I'm narrowing down the possible problems

RE: Flash player plug in problems
Stallion I've had the same problem as well. It started sometime in the last 2 weeks or so.

I tried to full screen a models page on MFC but this appears Download Adobe Flash Player once I click it the allow/run flash player bar pops up, I click it, the page refreshes but it still doesn't work.

I tried miniclip as well & get the download flash player box on there as well.

Yes I'm on Chrome, no I've not tried another browser as I've never had a problem before. I uninstalled flash & reinstalled from the Adobe page, for zero change.

Pissing me off majorly, AoifeOneal was putting on what looked like a great show to everyone but me.

I never get any flash player issues while using Chrome; but do while using Firefox.... I don't think it automatically updates on FF?

I never sit on the fence. I prefer to drop kick it out the way instead! Could possibly be a big fan of wankspangling?

Yes glyn it's very strange that it's just happened out of the blue on chrome for no rhyme nor reason. I may well have to change browser (& use their incognito browser) to use the websites. It's frustrating though as I like using chrome........I shall avoid Firefox though Kelly. I might well still pop in to a shop to see if they can fix the adobe/chrome browser issue.
