i'm having an argument with someone. lol
does anyone know the timeline, where does the different series fit in with the movies

movies..... 1, 2 ,3, 4, generations,nemesis, new one

is that correct?

the next generation is at the same time as generations

voyager is between generations and nemesis, (i just saw janeway talking to picard in th film)


where does ds9 come in?

i'm hoping there's some fans on here who can sort this out.. lol

DS9 starts in the last year of TNG & goes into the first 4 years of voyager, First Contact is some point in season 4 of DS9 if i remember rightly, whilst insurrection is in the last year of DS9. Nemesis was the year after Voyager ended

Technically the new film is before the first season of the original series. tho there are elements that come about 10 years after Nemesis, thats as much as i will say without spoiling the film

The new Star Trek movie can also be considered a sequel to Nemesis as well as a prequel to the original series...

TNG,DS9,Voyager,& the movies:Generations,First Contact,Ressurection & Nemesis are all on the same timeline,however First Contact has a time-travel plot set before Enterprise.
