No Telly yesterday or today as I'm quite ill & have been for the last few days so I have had to pull out, sorry.

I should be back with a vengeance next week however, thought I would mention it in case you wondered where I had gone.

Such a lame excuse. There should be a rule that if you are ill, then Sarah should fill in for you.
