The Court of Appeals quashed the original conviction of contempt on the grounds that the courts has not followed procedure correctly. However they also sent back the contempt for a fresh hearing at the Crown Court when contempt is established, which is highly likely given he has admitted to it through his barrister he will be sentenced afresh

The best thing about the whole "rise of the far right " is the left actually believe Robinson is the best the right have. There are plenty of more eloquent speakers with strong arguments who would destroy the clowns on the left.

Yeah maybe true but the scum trying to take the moral high ground on this I find hilarious. Also I don’t believe they are right. At least not completely. Maybe he shouldn’t have done what he did but that doesn’t mean the scum of all people have the right to take the superior moral high ground.

There was no realistic danger of the verdict or the trial. Whilst what he done was stupid, it has no bearing on the trial as the verdict had already been given. There was no chance of influencing the jury as they were inside.

The reporting restrictions were in place to also prevent prejudicing other trials which were connected to that one.
