How do you download videos off these forums?

Hi could anybody recommend a program/ extension I can use in order to download the video files that are posted in these forums? I've been using VideoDownloadHelper but the new update has completely broken it and it no longer downloads videos.

Basically what Im after is something that downloads the file rather than a screen capture program.
