All the advice you need to get access to these women is actually in this thread, this is how I'd go about it.

2)Set yourself up an adultwork profile & get yourself some good feedback from escorts, not the Romanian barebackers or the potential heroin addicts,book the well reviewed girls who have a conservative likes list & charge £150+ an hour.

Your first name (doesnt have to be your real name but DO NOT use a sexual name eg anal destroyer)

DO NOT mention sexual acts or money in your first message, let her respond first, she probably wont but if she does (and its not to say no or to tell you to fuck off) there is a chance she's open to it.
