Kyrgios admits he was trying to hit Nadal

For that confession he should be fined & banned from US Open. I know McEnroe was bad when he was at his worst, but Nick makes McEnroe look a saint compared to him!!

You know why he was angry?

Just look at the time Nadal took at changeovers even after the umpire had called time. Look at how long Nadal took to serve and also how he delayed Kyrgios serving when Kyrgios was ready. It's not the first time Nadal has done this and the umpires need to treat all players equally which means Nadal should be publically warned when he delays the game.

I'm not defending him hitting the ball at Nadal but as far as I can see there is no rule against it.

Just heard on the BBC that Nadal’s average shot time (the time it takes him to serve) yesterday was 27 seconds. The rule says you have 25 seconds. On that basis he must have broken the rule loads of times yet he was never warned or penalised. Tim Henman said the umpires need to enforce the rule.
