[split] Elite TV/Studio 66 - General Chat & Discussion
(06-08-2019 22:16 )derekdas Wrote:  Carrying on from Shandyhand IMO the blame lies entirely with Studio 66 the company and not the babes. How often have we seen a new face, with very good potential and the naivety that goes with it, pounced upon immediately they transgress. If the lady is lucky enough to be given more shifts, we sit and watch as slowly that girl is gradually turned into a S66 robot. Never stand up and direct your hand towards your gusset, if you do we will raise the camera. Should you, "god forbid" attempt to go naked, you must lay down and remain in that position throughout your performance. You must never show your arse directly at the camera, always sideways. If we feel that we can allow you to show your arse full on, then you must meticulously adjust your panties every time or we will turn the camera away and show the logo. For which you will get a severe bollocking. There are more than plenty of babes on Studio's books that would have no problem with showing their pussy in a web show. It doesn't have to be close up shots, dildos and fingering. Just allow them to present a show where nudity or the odd glimpse of pussy goes unchecked.

Unfortunately, they have to worry about OFCOM whereas in comparison BS can basically do what they want as OFCOM are powerless to take any action against them.

If both channels were having to play by the same rules things may very well be different. S66 wouldn't be anywhere near as paranoid and thus wouldn't tame the girls, or BS would have to become like S66 are now.

If someone needs to be blamed, either blame OFCOM or blame the idiots who keep reporting S66 and costing them a fortune in fines.

^^ that's not true, both channels TV output is controlled by ofcom and both channels can do what ever they like on the webshow,
66 simply choose themselves to put out a lower level of content on both platforms nothing at all to stop.them doing the same level of shows bs dose

BS is licensed in The Netherlands. OFCOM has no control over them at all, the Dutch regulator is the one who does. Feel free to look it up - I think it has even been mentioned on this forum before. Obviously they are not gonna put full blown uncensored stuff on tv but they get away with far more than the others as a result. It's not really a level playing field.

yes it is, they gave up there nicam dutch license over 2 years ago, for over 2 years all 3 of there TV channels have been under the control of OFCOM, your info is out of date, so yes its a totally level playing field
even when they had the dutch licence it was only for 1 of there channels, the other 2 have always been under OFCOM control,
so if they wanted 66 could do exactly the same as bs do,

RE: Elite TV/Studio 66 - General Chat & Discussion
I thought I remembered reading as much on the forum at the time winsaw.

Tbf though the Cellcast channel licences are not linked where you might expect them to be on the Ofcom website:
http://static.ofcom.org.uk/static/radiol...t-main.htm
Perhaps this has not been updated in error?

Maybe a telling point is that Ofcom list a assessed but not worthy of investigation against BS at the end of last year (https://www.ofcom.org.uk/__data/assets/p...lletin.pdf ) just as they recently have against many 66 complaints for instance. That would indicate the same regulations apply.

For more recent confirmation we can turn to Cellcast's own words from this May:
Quote:The company main regulators are OFCOM and PSA. A good flow of communication is maintained by the Compliance Officer appointed by Cellcast who works closely with both organisations to ensure that new and existing legislations are correctly enforced.
http://www.cellcast.tv/html/investor/governance.aspx

The idea that the babeshows "are not that deep" is driven by those that don't wish to acknowledge how much effective customer service and a consideration of psychology impacts users' future interactions.

I rest my case.

All the Sky TV channels that BS broadcasts on, are Ofcom regulated the same as S66 , they both have to play by the same rules .

Here is the up to date Ofcom licence info of the Sky TV channels that BS broadcasts on .

Sky Channel 906 (Babenation) Ofcom licence info http://static.ofcom.org.uk/static/radiol...nation.htm

Sky Channel 908 (Get Lucky TV)Ofcom licence info http://static.ofcom.org.uk/static/radiol...uckytv.htm

Sky Channel 909 (Meet the Babes) Ofcom licence info http://static.ofcom.org.uk/static/radiol...ebabes.htm

The BS Freeview channels of 672, 673, 674 have a Dutch licence .

Also have S66 ever had a Ofcom fine ?, or do they just get a slap on the wrist and warned about future behavior ?

this is an important point as well, as this only lets them start there FV show at 2200, if it was OFCOM FV licence it would be midnight, but the shows still have to be at OFCOM rules as they are the same show being shown on sky at the same time,

Kinda going a bit off topic here but...direct from OFCOM (notice the date):

What does the first line say? "not licensed in the UK by OFCOM and is therefore not bound by our regulations".

The channel mentioned is "Babestation", Babestation is channel 674 on Freeview,
There is no channel/service name called Babestation on Sky TV .
As previously posted freeview channel 674 has a Dutch licence .
