Well yes, but who in their right mind would trust this girl behind a £5pm pay wall when you cant trust her to jiggle her boobs after a £50 tip.

There is a world of difference between offering to do things behind a blurred pay wall, and offering to do things for tips then just not doing them, any other industry she would be on watchdog by now with Matt Albright turning up at the studio with a hidden camera to fight for the little guy

Yeah I know, I'm simply getting at the fact that Charlie and many other babes flatly refuse to do ANYTHING remotely naughty i.e even boobs out unless its behind a paywall or blurred screen so even having a tip target for her and others is pointless. Tips really should be only for babes who actually have an intention of doing something whatever it is the target's for.

Either BS went ahead and set the target for it without Charlie's agreement or she just flat out had no intention of doing so, I suspect it was the latter. In which case you have to blame BS for allowing her to get away with it. Perhaps if you did the action you offer rather than taking £50 and then coming up with excuses like some 18 year old on webcam claiming she never saw your tip people might be inclined to tip more, your supposed to be the most experienced girl on the shows, the real deal, yet are the biggest fraudster on the play for pay tip scam going

I once called her at around 06:00 am for 'naughty chat' & she told me that it didn't start until 07:30! Obviously I contacted customer services to query this as I thought I'd been robbed. Eventually, I tweeted Electra (good girl)& she sorted it for me... but it turned out Charlie made it up to suit herself.
I got an apology and a refund.
