new knight rider?

as a lifelong lover of kitt and hasselhoff i will let that stop here.

well ok the new car is one ugly looking bastard. it stops there.

i have seen at least 3 episodes. i watched the one on sci fi earlier after i dloaded the first few. i heve no clue what episode it was but there was surfing.

i thought it was quite good. i didnt like the new mike being an iraq 'server' as ther are worthless humans. the new kitt voice is decent in that its val kilmer. he could have done dr manhattan in watchmen. voice anyhow.

it is stupid shit but so was the original. i love michael knight and the proper kitt and these wont replace them but it is not nearly as bad as it could be.

the main actresses in skimpy clothes needs to stop. it would be amazing seeing one in like a suit for the series then suddenly strip off. if they are practically introduced in their skimpies then nudity must follow? no i dont think so. keep them clothed and make it a big deal if they strip.

i hope that an original kitt might appear. i hate cars in general but 80s cars were class.

No original kitt inthe first series. They change up the setup about 10 or 12 eps in and it's a great improvement. Karr is cool with his original voice.

Oh and it got cancelled. So there's only 17 eps

ive been catching up with this since i got sky installed at the weekend and im really enjoying it. the only niggle i agree is that the female characters are always in skimpy outfits. shame its been cancelled already but a good remake none the less

its now out on dvd. ive just bought it today

always been a big fan. been watching the old ones on 123 lately. did not know there was a new series. who plays michael knight?

agree the later episodes are the best but the others arent bad

It shouldnt be compared to the old knight rider, they are classics and will be always, the new series is about the same in value as the original as they are both very cheesy, my point is they made this new series to bring it back to a new era of kids growing up, they have given it some good special effects which the old series lacked.

They did it to the new battlestar gallactica series and that worked out good, they had a lot of bad press to change the chars from male to female but it worked, they are also remaking the A Team into a film and i wont be one to judge it till i see it, revamp it and make the bullets actually hit some people lol, those who remember will know what i mean
