He was in TNA before, they didn't have a clue how to use him then, either.

Punk does it again, The segment with Vince was great and although Punk is supposed to be playing a heel he sure as hell was getting a lot more cheers than boo's.

did anybody see the big show drop drew mcintyre off the stage into what looked like stage lighting and rigging. that must have hurt!

it happens about 4.20 in. also noticed the lack of concern for mcintyre by cole and lawler!

Punk is showing in the last few weeks why he is the best of the current roster. He is the best in the ring, he's brilliant on the mic, and is so unique! Some of the things he says are just so brilliant, such as the first time he called Stephanie 'idiotic' and HHH 'the doofus son in law' to his appeal for WWE ice cream bars! I am getting such an edgier feeling in the way he speaks, its liek the 2ns coming of the Attitude Era, though we know that will never happen!

The amount of buzz he's genereated shows what he could have done had he been pushed correctly / at all in recent times, and also emphasises how dumb WWE for letting his contract get away from them, he should have been tied up to a long contract ages ago!

He is definitrly leaving, I've read that he's mentally and physically tired (particularly of alllll the travel) so he will go for a few months and come back, similar to Y2J (except he isn't in a band!)

The reason I say he is the best of the current roster is because I believe he is equal top with Jericho in all aspects I listed. I would love a feud between the 2, both as heels saying they are the best etc, though I guess in reality 2 heels woudln't make too much sense, but a feud between these 2 needs to happen!

Surprisingly, WWE has done a good job with promoting MITB this year, there is the massive buzz on Punk, but neither MITB matches are dead certaintiies. Though I expect Del Rio (where is Ziggler in this match - would have been my pick if he was in it!) & Cody Rhodes to win.

not sure why, but part of me thinks cm punk will interfere with the MITB match, get the contract, and take most of the year off and use it as a way of returning in"dwayne's" place at wrestlemania 28

That would be awesome, anything creative like that would be wicked.

I was thinking Punk just steals the case after MITB, and uses it to DQ himself during his title match, beating the shot outta Cena, so that he can then cash it in and win the title!

The writers are too predictable these days so i see either one of two things happening.

Firstly Cena will retain against punk (Knowing wwe creative they'll probably have him win with his stupid stf) or Secondly Punk will win the title & then whoever won money in the bank will cash in against him and he'll lose.

What I'd like to see is Punk beat Cena and whoever has won the money in the bank cash it but then lose to Punk so he retains and still leaves with the title.

In storyline sense, that scenario wouldn't ever happen...Vince on Raw has said he'll never allow Punk to take the title with him, so even if he does all of that, Vince will do something to get the title back because otherwise Vince and WWE are made to look weak if someone just leaves with a title! Vince wouldn't let the storyline go that way!

I'll go with Punk winning and then Del Rio cashing it in, although i would love truth to win MITB and become the first wrestler not to win the belt

tsurugi I reckon that's a good shout! I think Cena winning clean is too obvious...that way works, but I think there is an issue with this storyline: Its a cert that Punk is leaving, so one way or another we know he isn't leaving with the belt. Either Cena wins clean (I'd hate that so f'ing much) or Punk wins and loses it to the MITB winner...or am I forgetting anything?
