requested both but more than likely neither will turn up - all lost in the post for 10 years!! they need to send these codes/forms well ahead of time and get the siter working a lot better so people can get access I never get much post anyway just junk mail!!

Why didn't you get them to text a new code to your phone. Took me 20 seconds and is not the drama you seem to make it
