I thought that you had to fill it in on a date like where you are on the 21st March. That's why Mary and Joseph had to go to Bethlehem.

I don't think sending everyone back to the place they were born would really work during lockdown

Either on-line or via an 0800 helpline.

Atm online ain't being much help!!

Might try doing at 1am in the morning when I can't sleep
