Ultimate Dayshow Babe 2022

Sorry to say, but I don’t see the point of this award. What really is the point of having this alongside the UK Babe Channels Daytime Babe of the Year award? As you know, Clara has won both. Just seems all abit pointless.

Personally I did think it would be better if the Ultimate Babe award covered both Daytime and Nightbabes. It would make it a distinctive award probably putting more emphasis on aesthetic beauty and also ability on the phone, in people’s judging criteria as opposed to consideration of various characteristics pertinent to a nightshow performance such as nakedness and other characteristics of general performance such as agility.

I disagree with you crankshaft. I believe it is vital that the Ultimate Babe and Ultimate Daytime Babe awards remain and run alongside their UK Babe Channels counterparts.

For me having the two sets provides an interesting point of reference of forum members varied preferences of what they look for in a babe. I've found that historically, the choices in the UK Babe Channels version more accurately reflects the performances of the year, whereas the Ultimate versions tends to lean towards members voting for their own favourite. To remove any in my opinion removes the scope for debate and comparison between them and only shows one viewpoint of what makes for the best characteristics in a winning babe.

I also think that the two versions for nights and days, should have an identical voting process. So the UKBC nights and days have their format and the Ultimate Babe versions have their format. I used to like the UB format back in the early days on here when babes were in a group stage first with the qualifying ladies then emerging from the group into a knockout process. I felt the group battles made it harder for the same babes to win every time and prolonged the interest in the competition.

I think forum members would welcome any opportunity to keep all competitions as much fun as possible. Perhaps any of these suggestions could be looked at for next year to try to freshen up competitions in an attempt to rekindle more interest in them.

I respect your well-considered and thoughtful opinion. We will have to agree to disagree. I don’t see a problem having a competition which doesn’t distinguish between day or night babes, or for that matter girls who almost exclusively do webshows and are on tv quite infrequently. I guess another argument against such an idea in addition to yours would be that such an award would naturally discriminate against daytime and webshow performers as nightshow babes naturally have more prominent status.

I have no idea why it was dropped. It shouldn't have been and I believe I raised that question last year. I think a member who ran it before wanted to stop and it was always up for restarting again.

I openly admit I'm not the right person to run babe competitions. Others have better connections to the babes, particularly on social media.

I'm grateful to Stemmw for resurrecting it.

No awards for 4 years and then 3 come along at once! A fantastic treble for my favourite day babe for the past 4 years! It feels like England's men football team have won the World Cup and the European Cup, and England's women football team, the lionesses, have won the Women's World Cup

Just to play devil's advocate....
Brooksie Brooks has not won Ultimate Babe this year despite winning the night award in the UK Babe Channels comp.

Last year Lanta won the UK Babe Channels night award but Honey Scott won Ultimate Babe.

It is not for me to speculate as to the reasons for the deliberations of the mighty in the various comps.
They could be many and varied .

Before Stemmw stepped in I was the last person to run Ultimate Dayshow Babe. I had my own reasons for deciding to stop running babe comps and in truth I don't regret my decision, indeed I have even more reasons to no longer feel that running babe comps is something I really want to do anymore.
I was a little sad however that this comp came to a grinding halt for a while .

I can just about cope with running the occasional football predictions comp but to be honest Reg is the boss when it comes to those so I prefer it when he does them as he is infinitely more organised than me.
I just bodge and blunder my way through stuff in the vain hope it's somewhere near right .

I think it was ditched because for 2 years the winner was the same as the winner of the UK Babe Channels Daytime Babe of the Year. So nobody thought it was worth continuing, until this year when it was brought back, only for the winner to be the same as the winner of the UK Babe Channels Daytime Babe of the Year.

Incidentally, weren't there any runners-up in this award? It seemed a bit of an anticlimax just to have Clara Croft announced as the winner, especially as she'd already won 2 titles anyway. Usually these competitions have more detailed announcements, so it can be seen who else did well and put in a challenge for the title.

It was simply a case of no one came forward to run it for 2 years nothing more to it than that really
