The Cowboys have a defense that gave up 41 points in 4 games before last night, Purdy was clinical again. 3 TDs for Kittle. Warner had a stella game.

The Philadelphia Eagles seem to be having enormous success running their quarterback sneak. With a 3rd and short or even a 4th they just switch to a rather simple-looking play. The snap is handed to their large quarterback Jalen Hurts who just tries to bull forward for the first down. He also gets pushed from behind by his running backs and the man in montion.

It's got the nickname of 'The Two-Cheek Sneak' or 'Brotherly Shove' and the defenses have so far had no answer to it. There are calls for the move to be outlawed.

But they are not just a one move team, the rest of the attack is evenly balanced and could easily see them though to the Superbowl.

^^ I always thought that it was illegal to push any ball carrier from behind, it's being overlooked, they need to start implementing that rule as it once was. I find it strange that the rules have changed to protect the QBs yet they are happy to see them squashed. As they are applying it now, you could bring in a 350lb lineman as an eligible receiver and send him in motion to push the QB. That is not how the game was meant to be played.

I want more big guys as eligible receivers and them getting touchdowns!!!

Just seen a team beating the Cowboys and I can't remember being so impressed with a team for ages. Probably the Patriot's of 15 years ago, or even Joe Montana's 49er's team of the 70's.

The team, no it's not the Bears, but it's the current 49er's team.
They have Kittle at tight end, one of the best running backs in McCaffrey, an excellent full back in Juszcayk, excellent receivers in Samuel and Aiyuk.

Then there is the defence, with the likes of Fred Warner and Nick Bosa.
And the San Fran secondary is great.

The only unknown is the quarter back Brock Purdy. How good is he really.
To be honest we don't know, because no team has got near him to put him under pressure.

I'm going to enjoy this team while they are at their peak.

Niners have had the best roster for the last 3 or 4 years, injuries have cost them a potential Super Bowl. The freak Purdy elbow injury in the Playoffs last year stopped them in their tracks. The only issue is how do you stop Mahomes, who did it on one leg throughout the Playoffs, this year he has a young talented cast, but is still getting the job done. Purdy can scramble a bit, has a decent, but not powerful arm, his best asset is finding an open man and getting the ball off quickly, in contrast to Jimmy G, immobile, takes too long, too many hits and makes poor decisions resulting in interceptions. Purdy has no interceptions this year. I rate Purdy in the top 6 QBs in the league already, he is better than last year and has gone 14-0 as a starter, never lost.
