Adult Satellite Channels 900 to 909 not working on new Sky Q Box?

I had a new Sky Q Satellite TV receiver installed today and Adult Satellite Channels 900 to 909 not working on the new Sky Q Box?

It goes from Channel 899 straight to Channel 950, any idea why Channels 900 to 909 are missing and not there at all?

it will have child proof lock on so they are not visible till you make them visible

so its settings > parental > Manage Parental Settings ( You need your pin)

set the Family Setting and Hide Adult Content setting to off

Yeah the child proof lock is on by default with all new sky q boxes. Had to do the same when dad had sky q installed in our home
