DNS problem has returned?

I was unable to access the forum this morning ~11am without using the actual site address number on 2 of my computers. Even then the display was not totally correct. I tried them because they were in a cooler location than this one that I normally use. This one has no problems but it still has the new address set in the hosts file, the others dont.
It looks like the Tiscali DNS is faulty again.
Anyone else had problems today?

EDIT @ 2.19pm : My windows laptop was ok today and then that failed to find forum after a reboot. My other linux computer could only find the site after I put the numerical address in the /etc/hosts file a few minutes ago.
