Today's stage 6 is a 144.7km mountain course from Tarbes to Cauterets - Cambas

UAE Team Emirates rider Tadej Pogacar powerfully attacked to drop rival Jonas Vingegaard on the Cauterets-Cambasque to win Stage 6

Stage 7 - Mont-de-Marsan to Bordeaux on a flat. This course is ideal for Mark Cavendish to break the record number of wins total.

The winner of the stage Jaspar Phillipson was in a sprint finish. He keeps his green jersey.

Mark Cavendish finishes 2nd.

Cavendish had a problem with his gears. His cadence was way higher than usual when he went off the front.

I love watching the Tour de France. It always reminds me of Treasure Hunt.

Stage 8 is a long 200.7km hilly course between Libourne to Limoges.

Cav out in a crash. Not the way he wanted to retire but Carlton bloody Kirby is banging on like he's dead. What a moron.
